Treat Yourself Thursday #1

Today's Thursday which means I'll be sharing with you some sweet treats.

Treat Yourself Thursday #1 features these Cranberry Date Nut Bars.

These are simple to make and are sure to go down a treat with everyone in your family. Try adding these to your kid's school lunchboxes or having them in the fridge for when they come home from school. The natural sugars in these bars make them a great pre or post workout snack, or a pick-me-up in the morning or afternoon at work. 


Ingredients

170g Dried Pitted Dates
50g Dried Cranberries
30g Walnuts


Directions

Add all three ingredients into a blender or food processor, pulsing until a dough forms
Press the mixture into a silicone mould or any tray you have
Place in the fridge for an hour to firm up before cutting into bars

Makes 10 serves

$3.08 or 30.8 cents per bar
