Smoothie Saturday #8

On days where I chose to have banana ice cream rather than smoothies for breakfast and lunch, I like to consume more liquids to make up for it. This smoothie is short and sweet to make, and to drink. 

Whether you want an energy boost pre or post workout, or to quell your sweet tooth before dinner, this recipe will work a treat. 


300g Frozen Strawberries
300ml Fresh Orange Juice
300ml Fresh Apple Juice


Add everything into a blender and pulse until smooth

Makes 1 serve

1.3g fat
95.8g carbs
73.5g sugar
7.2g fibre
