Ice Cream Sundays #2

A few months back I won a years supply of Freshfields Fast & Fruity fruit pouches.
On many occasions these pouches have come in handy on this lifestyle. 

Having this already ripe and prepared fruit at my fingertips, whilst not raw, has enabled me to hide the
banana taste in my smoothies and ice cream.  

Ice Cream Sundays #2 recipe for Peaches & Cream Banana Ice Cream features Freshfields Peaches & Vanilla fruit pouch,
but you can just use fresh or frozen peaches if you prefer.
The type of peach is not important, it's simply the peach flavour we're after. 


350g Frozen Bananas
150g Freshfields Peaches Fast & Fruity (fresh or frozen peaches, if you prefer)
1/3 Cup of Homemade Coconut Milk (recipe coming soon)


Using a high speed blender or food processor, pulse the ingredients together until a smooth and creamy ice cream texture forms
You may need to stop and scrap down the sides to ensure no lumps of fruit go un-blended

Makes 1 serve
