What I Ate Wednesday #4

Unfortunately there's no video this week for What I Ate Wednesday, but below is a run down of what I had to eat.

Breakfast

600g frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups mango puree
2 cups water


Lunch

600g frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups guava puree
2 cups water


Dinner

700g mashed potatoes
Diced tomato, salsa and spinach sauce


I also drank 3L of water throughout the day

46.6g fibre
