Ice Cream Sundays #4

Sometimes nothing is good as a simple bowl of vanilla ice cream - the vegan kind, of course. Sure, you could buy an expensive tub of coconut milk ice cream, but nothing beats homemade. Coconut milk is high in fat, so this Vanilla Banana Ice Cream is the perfect alternative. 

Simply pop the two ingredients into a blender and within moments you'll have this:


500g Frozen Bananas
(your choice of: essence/extract, small piece of vanilla bean, or 4-6 drops liquid stevia)

Makes 1 serve
