This week's smoothie isn't something I would have as meal for breakfast or lunch, rather a snack in between my main meals for the day.
It's lower in calories, but gives me an energy boost in the afternoons when I may go for a walk around my neighbourhood, soaking up some Vitamin D and getting some fresh air.
150g Freshfields Berry Fast & Fruity pouch
(you can substitute with fresh or frozen berries)
2 cups fresh apple juice
Pulse in a blender for a few seconds to break up the berries, then add the apple juice and pulse to combine and get nice and frothy
